Sometimes, we need someone else to hear, understand us and be alongside us on our journey, to help us see the broader view. Perhaps you’ve had or are having a hard time but don’t know how to change or even if that’s possible. Whatever it is, life is inevitable and change is possible even if it doesn’t feel that way just now.
The therapy I offer is a warm, safe, non-judgemental space. You’re an expert on your life but with compassion and curiosity I want to support you to grow and deepen to become all of who you are. I practice Gestalt therapy it’s a holistic and creative therapy that has many tools to support the process of overcoming trauma and deal with anxiety and depression.
