I have nearly 15 years of experience working with people of all ages and with all range of issues - anxiety, depression, self-defeating behaviours, trauma & PTSD to name a few. I'm a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, EMDR practitioner and IFS (Internal Family Systems) trained therapist, so specialise in trauma. Change is possible, it all starts with the first step.
I use a variety of modalities to help with both everyday life challenges and heal events from the past that still affect us in the present. Hypnotherapy helps implant and reprogram more positive messages, and EMDR and IFS therapy are proven techniques to release stuck trauma memories and heal our damaged parts for long lasting positive change
I work in a private garden clinic, offering a peaceful, comfortable setting and a warm, safe, environment for you to explore your thoughts, heal yourself and empower your future.
