About
I am a highly skilled psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in the NHS and private practice. I have worked with adults, young people and children with a range of challenging life issues and mental health problems. I am trained to doctoral level in psychotherapy and have a post graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Please see my website for a full list of my qualifications and training. I have a specialism in bereavement, anxiety disorders, depression and work related stress. I am a caring, compassionate professional who is motivated to aid you in your recovery.
Whether this is the first time you have considered having therapy or you have had previous experience, finding the right therapist can be daunting. I would be happy to speak with you to discuss any concerns you may have and for us to see if we can work together.
Seeking help is a sign of strength and a step in the right direction to reclaiming your life. My hope is that together, we can explore your difficulties, gain insight and find solutions to help you feel better. Following an initial assessment I will provide you with individualised care to meet your difficulties.
