I am a skilled and compassionate therapist, experienced in working with a whole range of concerns, from performance anxiety and phobias, to depression and personality disorders. If there is a issue getting in the way of you living the life you want to live, or from achieving what you want to achieve, then therapy can help. I work with people both short and long term and I have a particular interest in helping people to overcome the impact of trauma.
With over 20 years experience working in the mental health field, I have a wide variety of experience. Before starting in private practise, I worked for many years in the NHS and other similar organisations abroad, which has given me an excellent grounding in ensuring my practise is based on the best available evidence, and is both ethical and effective.
