Are you experiencing depression, anxiety or just not feeling yourself? Counselling can ease the depression and unlock any distress you are feeling. My style of counselling can also help you to change any patterns of behaviour that are not working for you and improve your relationships with friends, colleagues, partners or family members. I work in Swindon and Oxford. I have over 25 years experience in the social and charity sector. I am DBS checked and a member of the BACP.
I will help you develop a stronger sense of self and leave the past in the past. The type of counselling I offer can especially help if you have experienced a loss, bereavement or a change recently. Sometimes the changes occur in our bodies and I have experience of working with clients with chronic illnesses and those going through the menopause.
Counselling with me will help you move into your future with new strength, peace and happiness. Taking that first step to counselling can be daunting but please be assured that you will receive a kind, calm and non-judgemental response when you make an enquiry.
