I have 19 years of experience as an NHS psychotherapist and work with a wide variety of clients with complex needs, and am now able to offer a few private online and telephone therapy appointments which may be particularly suitable for those with limited mobility, health issues or anxieties.
My initial professional training was in Gestalt psychotherapy, but I have received additional training over the years to enable me to work safely with clients experiencing symptoms such as complex PTSD, OCD, eating disorders and abuse as well as phobias, anxiety and low self esteem.
I have am also an IFS trained psychotherapist.
I offer professional, compassionate support and encouragement to each of my clients so that together we can safely explore the focus of each piece of work. I am trained and experienced in talking therapy, but encourage the use of metaphor and imagery with those who find Jungian based work inspiring and interesting, or those overcoming childhood trauma.
Whatever challenges you may be facing, we can work gently together to explore the underlying causes. Over the first few appointments we can explore the different pieces of your unique puzzle to formulate a pathway forward, leading to increasing health and well-being.
