I provide Counselling and Hypnotherapy for a wide range of personal and work related issues including managing and eliminating stress, anxiety, low mood, alcohol reduction, weight management, low self esteem, confidence buidling, relationship issues, divorce and seperation. I am specialised in responding to traumatic incidents supporting professional teams and individuals to manage the stress, anxiety and overthinking of difficult issues when confidentiality is paramount. I work with people who may otherwise go off sick. Normalising the unexpected situations that are out their in the media is a growing concern in the workplace.
