I’m Susan and I'm an integrative therapist. My approach is humanistic and relational, I work with you to make sense of what is going on for you. Counselling isn’t about being told what to do or being “fixed”. It’s about creating a safe space where you feel able to speak openly and honestly.
My own struggles have led me to become a therapist, and I hope therapy can positively impact your life, as it did mine.
I have lived experience of some of the things that bring us to therapy, and this, alongside my training, qualifies me to work with you and listen to your story without judgement and with acceptance and warmth.
