If you are experiencing problems or having feelings that you are finding difficult to cope with, I am here to help you to understand what is going on and help support you. I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor (HE Diploma) and I work with clients who seek help with a range of problems from anxiety, depression, family issues, including separation and divorce to addiction support (food issues/disordered eating/alcohol and drugs). Clients see me for once a week sessions for 50 minutes either in person, via Zoom or by telephone. I offer a confidential and a safe space for you to explore your feelings and life experiences.
Psychodynamic counselling is talking therapy; I provide a confidential and safe space for you to explore with me your problems. Counselling is client led which means you can bring whatever you want to talk about during any particular session and together we can explore how this is affecting and has affected your life.
If you feel overwhelmed by a problem or issue in your life and would like some professional help in working through these; please reach out and contact me. I offer an initial assessment session so you can meet me and tell me a bit more about yourself; we can then decide together what you would like to focus on in therapy and chose a day and time best for you
