I have been a psychotherapist and counsellor for over 20 years, working in private practice & for many companies. I have extensive experience & training in helping individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, effects of trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, low confidence, relationship issues & more. I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment for us to explore what is troubling you and to help you to make changes & develop self awareness; in turn this will enable you to begin to live more fully in the present and build resilience and confidence to face the future with strength and hope.
I work with the whole person - you are not a problem or an issue but someone needing support, guidance & a few more tools in the tool box & this is what I offer. Trauma & attachment issues often underpin anxiety, depression, low self-worth/ esteem, weight/eating problems & I have special training & interest in this subject with a trauma-informed practice.
