I am skilled in listening, identifying optimal treatment approaches, and working with symptoms resulting from trauma. I also offer supervision to trainee and qualified psychotherapists and counsellors, EMDR therapists, practitioners and consultants. Mentoring or consultation for allied professionals.
My specialty is with people who have experienced trauma (e.g. negative childhood experiences, deaths, medical interventions, obstetric crises, accidents or incidents at work.) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) can be used as a stand-alone treatment or integrated into psychotherapy. I have excellent results when working with people online.
