Hi I'm Paula,
If you are seeking a kind and compassionate presence to walk alongside you on your own healing journey, you've come to the right place. We all have a story that matters and deserves to be heard. My role as a therapist, is to help you to recognise your ability to heal.
I am a person centred counsellor and enjoy using this approach to enable clients to re-discover what happiness looks like in their world. Most of the time we only talk about the every day parts of our life. Therapy is a space to shine a light on where we wish to go next. Getting started isn't easy but with the right support you can move forward.
Asking for help can be difficult. Opening up often feels uncomfortable, and facing the issues that bring you to therapy can be daunting. My role is to be alongside you as we make sense of things together. I believe that people often carry the answers within themselves, sometimes it’s just about creating the space to find them.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we will explore what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to support your wellbeing as you navigate life’s changes.
