I'm Caroline Hudson, a BACP accredited counsellor with over 20 years experience in a range of settings. I run a therapy centre in Beverley which offers individual counselling/psychotherapy, couples counselling and family therapy with experienced counsellors and psychotherapists.

I am a Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience of working in both private practice and with EAP organisations and providers of NHS Primary care. I have worked with a broad and diverse range of issues ranging from mild to severe anxiety and depression requiring short and long term interventions, through to in depth Psychotherapy for those with trauma, Shame and related histories and developmental difficulties. I have also completed a Post graduate Diploma in Trauma therapy. I work within Gestalt principles and philosophical ideas, this means working in the here and now and moment to moment with the client.

Dr Nikki McCloud is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who works with a small group of associates providing specialist assessment and support for both mental and physical health difficulties.

I am a UKCP registered Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and have 23 years experience of working in mental health both within the NHS and tertiary services. I previously trained as a mental health social worker and have extensive experience of working with adults and families who have experienced severe mental health difficulties. Since qualifying as a Psychotherapist, I have specialised in working with people who have personality disorders. I have extensive experience of working with trauma, including complex trauma and PTSD. I have completed a training in group therapy and hold a qualification as a Group Work Practitioner.

Psychological Therapies in Hull and East Yorkshire offer a wide range of services to children, adults, and families. Our Director is Dr Gerri Moxon, HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist who works alongside a small team of clinicians including student counsellors. Our service aims to make therapy as accessible as possible for those who are unable to access services via the NHS or statutory services or simply wish to access therapy privately. We offer both short and longer term therapeutic input taking a person-centred and individualised approach.

Co-founder, Denise McCunnell BEM, MSc, MNCS (Accred) and her colleagues at The Trauma Centre provide specialist counselling and psychotherapy for adult male survivors of psychological and sexual abuse in childhood, adult sexual violence, domestic abuse, sexual exploitation, slavery and human trafficking. Therapy is also available for Armed Forces personnel, including veterans.

I support clients facing a range of personal challenges, including bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, PTSD, as well as those wanting to explore a deeper personal development and growth. I work with clients who are looking to better understand themselves and their relationships with others, those healing from complex trauma, and people recovering from emotional, spiritual and sexual abuse.
