I work with children aged 3-12 facing emotional challenges which may be impacting on their behaviour and potential. These challenges can manifest in many ways, including anxiety, anger, aggression, inattention, sadness, or withdrawal. Since 2018, I’ve provided play therapy in primary schools, both individually and in small groups. I am on the Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists, which is managed by PTUK & accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I am committed to the highest professional standards in seeking to provide a safe and effective service for the children and families I work with.
Play Therapy offers an age-appropriate way for children to explore & process difficult emotions or experiences. Since children may find it hard to talk about worries, I use play & creative arts to help them express themselves. As an integrative holistic practitioner, I combine various theories & modalities to tailor my approach to each child's unique needs.
