Hi my name is Paulette and I have been a therapist for over twenty years. I work with adults, children 5+ and young people. I have worked in various organisations, charities, secondary schools and colleges. If you or a loved one is struggling with low mood, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, addiction, relationship problems, work based problems, family dysfunction, stress, anger, etc. I offer a confidential and safe space where you would be heard and not judged. Together we will work on the problems, identify what needs to done and ensure you have the right skills for the future. A healthy positive future is possible.
My work is client led, working creativity and using an array of interventions to achieve results. Every client whether they are 5 years old or much older are unique, every relationship and every family is unique. I work with the individual, family unit to gain a therapeutic relationship, offer respect and honesty so that what needs to be done is achieved.
I work from home and offer a warm, safe, calm and quiet space. For children and young people I offer sand tray, play dough, Lego, games, painting and drawing, or a space that's quiet and reflective. Please feel that you can contact me and we can have an initial informal chat.
