Hello my name is Suki and welcome to my page. I am an accredited member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental counselling service dedicated to helping those who are experiencing challenging and difficult times in their lives. I will create a safe space to explore whatever it is that's concerning you and help you to cope and resolve whatever is causing you distress. My aim is to help you feel valued and heard as I believe all feelings are valid and important to you. I believe there is a solution to every problem and together we can work on finding a positive way forward.

I specialise in domestic and sexual violence, with over 15 years of professional experience with children, young people and adults. I also have a Specialist Diploma in CBT and a Diploma in clinical Supervision. I am available to supervise trainees and qualified counsellors. If you have any further questions, please get in touch.

As your therapist, I believe that warmth, skill, understanding and empathy are essential qualities in my approach. I want to create a safe environment where your story will be heard and respected. All sessions are confidential and I discuss my cases through regular supervision where clients cannot be identified.
