I am a fully qualified individual psychotherapist and group psychoanalyst working with individuals and groups, in-person and online. I offer short-term, and medium-term therapy, as well as more open-ended therapy. I work with individuals and groups in private practice with a variety of issues with people from diverse backgrounds. These include relationship issues, depression, anger, social isolation, self-esteem, loneliness, life-stage difficulties, stress, loss, trauma, abuse, cultural adaption issues, women's issues.
In my therapy room I will offer a safe, comfortable and confidential space to help you to explore your thoughts and feelings about the difficulties and experiences you have had. My role is help support you understand yourself better and work towards resolving issues, in order to make the changes to improve your well-being.
I am available to have a free fifteen minute discussion on the phone, to answer any questions you may have about therapy.
