I'm Suki, as a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and registered member of the BACP (MBACP) I can provide you with a safe, calm, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. My approach focuses on understanding how past experiences, relationships and unconscious processes may be influencing your present life, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself and the challenges you face.
I have experience supporting adults with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, neurodiversity-related challenges, relationship difficulties and a general sense of feeling stuck or unfulfilled.
