Hi, I’m Sukeina, a relational Integrative Psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience working with adults and young people. As an experienced therapist, I provide Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, EMDR for trauma, and evidence-based approaches for depression, including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Counselling for Depression (CfD). I have specialist training in eating disorders and offer mindfulness and creative arts therapies.
