Hello, I trained in the Humanistic Integrative approach which means I work with each person as an individual, and can utilise different approaches to therapy. My aim is to work with you, focusing on what you bring to therapy, at your pace. Making the decision to contact a therapist is a big step, and I'd like to work with you in a confidential, supportive way to make this a positive step for you. Having spent 20 years in a corporate role, I frequently work with those experiencing work/study related stress and enjoy bringing my coaching experience to counselling, where applicable. I also spent 8 years volunteering at Samaritans, which provided experience working with those in immediate crisis or experiencing suicidal feelings.
I am based in Muswell Hill, North London, but offer appointments online to any location over Zoom, Teams, Skype or FaceTime.
