Trauma, Abuse & Addiction Therapist. Sometimes the effects of trauma don't stay in the past. You may find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally numb or struggling in relationships without fully understanding why. You may have developed coping behaviours that once helped you survive but are now holding you back. Whatever has brought you to therapy, you don't have to face it alone. I specialise in supporting teenagers and adults who have experienced trauma, childhood abuse or other difficult life experiences.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, carrying painful memories or finding that past experiences continue to affect their confidence, relationships and emotional wellbeing.
