I offer a non judgmental therapeutic space where you can safely and confidentially explore anything that you want to talk about. No issue is too difficult or too small. It all matters. Together we can find ways for you to feel happier, resolve issues, and live a more satisfying life. I have a wide range of experience of all different issues and will meet you with total acceptance. I may have heard similar stories but you are unique and what you need will be unique to you.
I offer online and telephone therapy. I sometimes have availability for in person therapy. I will work at your own pace and try to understand you. I won’t try to fit you into a theory, or have an agenda for you. I will listen carefully to you and try to understand your concerns and what is hurting you. Together we will find a better path for you.
