We begin with an initial session to explore what you need and what feels supportive for you.
I work with adults, young people (16+) and couples, both in-person in Guildford and online. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, work pressures, or are exploring the role of neurodiversity in their lives, including ADHD and Autism.
My background includes 20+ years in counselling, including roles as Head of Counselling in Further and Higher Education, and within a university counselling service. I previously worked as a nurse, and I bring a holistic view of emotional and physical wellbeing. Having lived and worked outside UK, I value cultural diversity and individual perspectives.
