Thank you for visiting my profile. I know how hard it can sometimes be admitting that you may need help and getting to that point of reaching out for support. I have a passion for helping people to get the most out of life. It may be that you have been carrying around some unresolved baggage for a long time, maybe some new issue has emerged or maybe you don’t know why you are feeling low or confused or overwhelmed. I’d love to be able to walk beside you on your journey - together we might be able to discover goals for your life and find real meaning and purpose, which sometimes gets lost along the way.
I am a university educated person centred counsellor. I believe that you have everything in you to heal you; my job is to facilitate and empower you to make discoveries to help you lead your best life. Guided by you, I will call on the tools and strategies which I have learnt along the way, to tailor make a programme of support to fit you perfectly.
