I understand what it is to feel like a square peg trying to fit in a round hole. Depression and anxiety can build to intolerable depths. But it doesn't have to stay that way. I am experienced in helping people evaluate, accept and thrive in their new reality.
I have experience of working with Autism ADHD, AuDHD, Aexithymia and I understand how to work with the process of helping you to notice, name and manage your emotions safely within our therapeutic relationship. I take interest in working with the autonomic nervous system. This is also known as the Four F's. Fight, Fiight, Freeze and Fawn.
From me, you can expect respect for your choices and validation for your self-worth. I am gentle in my approach and understand how overwhelming it can feel when seeking help. I will seek to understand the world through your eyes and together we will work therapeutically to get you to emotional good health.
