Hello and welcome to my profile page. I am an experienced person-centred, humanistic counsellor offering talking therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, addictions, bereavement, stress, child loss, and self esteem issues. Life can very challenging and at these times we can feel a range of overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, loneliness, helplessness and depression. Counselling can help you to make sense of your feelings and explore your past and present experiences to gain awareness and understanding.
I can offer a safe and accepting space for you to bring what is most important for you to work through and at a pace you feel comfortable with. I offer both short term and long term therapy. At the moment I work remotely (online via video sessions) with clients across the UK.
I have had my share of challenges in life and personal counselling helped and inspired me to help others needing support. Sometimes it can be a bit daunting choosing a counsellor. Feel free to give me a call or email me and we can arrange a 20 minute free chat and I can answer any questions you may have, you can also get a feel for how we might work together
