Hi my name is Sue, I'm a Integrative Child Psychotherapist (UKCP Reg) and a Integrative Adult Counsellor (MBACP). I have over 10 years experience of providing therapeutic support to both children, young people, parents adults in a range of different settings who may be experiencing mental distress, trauma or behavioral issues such as low mood, anxiety, depression, irrational fears and phobias, exam stress / work-related stress. I also offer parent/child work.
I can provide a safe, warm, friendly and confidential space for you to explore your worries / concerns. As I am integrative trained I can provide both traditional talking therapy as well as working more creatively with children/young people and parents using a range of art and play based mediums such as sand tray, painting, clay, music etc.
