I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist and supervisor. My approach is to offer empathetic understanding and non-judgemental listening in a safe space. Everyone is unique and therefore I draw on many different methods to suit each person's needs. My aim is to connect my client with their own inner resources through authenticity and self-empowerment. I offer an integrative arts approach, based on the needs of the client, drawing upon psychodynamic, attachment and trauma therapy to enhance the therapeutic process.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and supervisor. I have an MA in Psychodynamic and Art Psychotherapy (Goldsmiths'). I offer an integrative trauma informed approach. I have training in Sensory Motor Therapy, Internal Family Systems and I am EMDR trained. I have training in early attachment trauma and complex PTSD and CBT.
In my private practice I work with children, young people and adults, as well as providing supervision/therapy to both qualified and trainee counsellors/therapists. I am an accredited/registered member HCPC, BAAT, EMDR Academy and BACP (the professional body that regulates psychotherapists in the UK). I am DBS cleared and have regular 1.1 supervision.
