I offer supportive counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people from age 16. I work with common emotional wellbeing issues such as anxiety and depression and more complex mental health issues. My experience covers the impact of negative childhood experiences, relationship breakdowns, trauma and loss. I provide a private space to reflect, make sense of experiences, to be heard not judged and tools to help you feel calmer, cope better and make changes. My safe supportive approach enables exploration of your needs so you can begin to feel understood and more confident and resourceful in moving forward.
I have particular experience of working with psychological trauma including dissociative disorders and supporting survivors of abuse. My integrative, personalised approach aims to meet your individual needs and build trusting relationships. I work on a short or long-term basis according to your needs.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, angry, stuck, depressed, alone? It takes courage, and often some time, to take the first steps. So I offer a free introductory online or phone conversation without obligation. This means that you can ask questions, see what is on offer and then decide, without pressure, in your own time, if you would like to go ahead.
