About
I work with adults and young people from 14 to offer support for both everyday emotional wellbeing issues such as anxiety and depression and with more complex mental health issues. I also offer help with adverse life experiences including the impact of trauma and loss. I offer a private space to reflect, make sense of experiences, to be heard not judged and tools to help you feel calmer, cope better and make changes. My safe supportive approach enables exploration of your needs so you can begin to feel more resourceful, achieve greater clarity and move forward.
I have particular experience in working with psychological trauma including dissociative disorders and supporting survivors of abuse. My integrative, personalised approach aims to meet your individual needs and build trustworthy relationships. I work on a short or long-term basis according to needs.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, angry, stuck, depressed, alone? It takes courage, and often some time, to take the first steps. So I offer a free introductory online or phone conversation without obligation. This means that you can ask questions, see what is on offer and then decide, without pressure, in your own time, if I can help you.
