Welcome to my profile, I work with adolescence & adults with a variety of problems that cause difficulties and may have a knock on effect with your loved ones. We often suffer in silence, truth is talking about your troubles, historical or current, can help to understand yourself better, to live a quality of life that best suits you. I facilitate this process, ensuring working within realistically achievable parameters. I qualified from Wealden Psychology Institute in East Sussex. Registered Member of NCPS. I have worked in schools with 11-18 year olds, I have a private practice offering counselling, supervision & EMDR.
Helping you the client reach your goals in life, making changes that fit you and keeping in mind what is realisticly achievable. Feeling unable to cope with how your life has panned out so far or the death of loved ones causes distress and talking about these difficulties often will help to take the intensity out of it.
Understanding, empathic and creating the right conditions to explore the changes you want or need to make is where counselling helps. Hearing your story and creating a safe space for exploration of how you would like to change your life, to live a life that is satisfying and more fitting for you. Working short or long term, counselling with you in mind.
