I work with individuals, couples and families. I work along side you to assist you in finding your way to a life you want to live. Finding peace in chaos, navigating depression, trauma and anxiety, all this can be worked with through relationship and trust. I believe you know yourself best and It is my desire to come along side you to guide your journey to better mental health.
I offer talk therapy with CBT, DBT and Lifespan Integration offered as well as some Hypnotherapy and art therapy. I work often with trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I have training in Gottman and EFT couples therapy.
