How often do you allow time to focus purely on your own emotional needs and psychological well-being? Working on yourself in therapy can help to gain a new perspective into past and current experiences, with many benefits from the process. Not least, acquiring more effective coping mechanisms, feeling more in control and to develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I work with clients to improve self-esteem, manage stress and anxiety, recover from trauma, lift out of depression, tackle addictions and resolve conflicts both in yourself and in your relationships, aiming to build confidence and resilience.
My approach combines several evidence based modalities including psychodynamic, cbt, solution focused brief therapy and transpersonal. I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Couples Counsellor. At initial assessment we will discuss what you need from therapy and your goals to determine the most suitable approach to get the best outcomes for you.
Whether you need just a brief space to off-load and make sense of where you are, or want to work more in depth to explore and resolve longer-standing patterns, then I am here to help. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, insightful and encouraging. My work is always client-led with empathy and enthusiasm to help you shift and grow into a better space.
