Counselling will provide a safe and non-judgemental space that is separate from everyday life where you will be able to talk about your emotional difficulties to a trained professional enabling you to discover the roots of your worries. My integrative approach will enable us to discover together your current difficulties giving you back some control over your mental health.
My Integrative Psychotherapeutic approach utilises the combined approaches of specific approaches to therapy, enabling everyone to be considered for their own personal circumstances, specific concerns and individual needs, as well as encompassing social, spiritual, physical, cognitive, and behavioural aspects of the individual effectively.
I offer a reduced fee introductory session where you can meet me and discuss your counselling needs. It also provides an opportunity for you to decide whether our professional relationship will suit you.
