Is life feeling overwhelming? Are you an overthinker, prone to worrying or battling with feelings of perfectionism? Perhaps it's an external circumstance that has impacted your life - grief, a relationship breakdown or work-related stress? Whatever your reason; therapy can be transformational in terms of reconnecting with yourself and prioritising your needs. If any of this resonates, I offer 1:1 in person or online confidential counselling sessions for all ages (11 +). My personal interests include working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, using a combination of talking therapy and psychoeducation to provide a safe and impartial therapeutic space for exploring old habits and unwanted patterns of behaviour, enabling you to decide and act upon positive changes in your life.
1-1 therapy is such a unique experience allowing you to work through issues you face whilst building a fully trusted authentic relationship that can offer insight on how you learn to advocate for your own needs with yourself and others. I offer both online and in-person sessions. Get in touch for more details
