I will endeavour to help you with the difficulties you experience. Whether you are experiencing alcohol and/or drugs becoming problematic, or the impact of surviving adult/child abuse, or living with depression and anxiety or, as a veteran, endeavouring to cope with bad memories, or perhaps just feeling lost and aimless after children leave home or reaching a crossroads in your home or working life. I will support your personal journey towards exploring and discovering inner strengths and abilities, so you feel more confident, empowered and able to move forward.
I have many years of wide-ranging experience in supporting individuals facing challenges in life. Using an integrative way of working allows for appropriate therapeutic methodologies to suit your need. I incorporate numerous approaches including person-centred, DBT/CBT exercises, solution-focused and mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy.
I work with you in personalised therapeutic approach/es, either face to face or remotely while you remain in your own safe space. To encourage trusting non-judgmental and confidential therapeutic discussions enabling you to freely explore and discover.
