I know that, at times, life can be challenging. Whoever you are, and whatever your story, I will offer you a safe and confidential space.
For me, the therapeutic process is about more than 'getting rid' of a problem but can provide opportunity for growth and inner freedom. I see the work with clients as a partnership in which we are both engaged with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of what we do.
I work with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds including people in public services, creative artists, students, teachers, academics, retired people, young professionals, managers and health workers.
I have worked with a wide range of issues which have included depression and anxiety, grief and loss and relationship difficulties. I am particularly interested in working with the body to help people regulate difficult feelings or overwhelming patterns.
I understand that taking the first step can feel really difficult. I welcome any questions you may have so do get in touch if you think that I may be able to help you.
