Struggling with stress, anxiety, work-related issues, neurodivergence, discrimination or situations affecting your emotional well-being. These issues could evoke worry, feelings of isolation or fear. You are not alone; by starting your journey with me, it ends with you. Creating the right space allows you to explore what has happened in the past and/or continues to affect you. With support you may be able gain some insight as to why these issues leave you feeling stuck or repeating the same behaviour. Change is achievable, by developing yourself, building confidence and resilience may create a happier you.
With 20+ years working in public service including NHS and education settings, I offer a lot of compassion, aim to create a genuine, trustful, non-judgemental and congruent session with you, whilst exploring different perspectives and insights into who you are. I enjoy working within EDI, especially people of colour and trained to work with neurodivergence.
Change is difficult, also facing the fear can be harder. Sometimes a little support, where you are allowed to be yourself without being judged for what has happened, is life changing. Exploring the past, is the first step. Calling me for a consultation maybe scary, but the outcome of therapy could be a step in the right direction towards change.
