I'm a fully qualified accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist. My clients come with a range of different issues including anxiety & depression, bereavement & loss, trauma, relationship issues, problems with addictions and many other reasons. I offer both short and long term therapy depending on what best supports your needs. Many people need a safe space where they can make sense of their thoughts and feelings without the fear of judgement.
My core training is in Gestalt Psychotherapy. My approach is a sensitive balance of support and challenge to enable change and growth. As a gestalt therapist I work creatively with both body and mind, my work is focussed on the here and now, looking together at how your past experience might be impacting you in the present.
It takes courage to begin therapy and important to find the right therapist for you. I have many years experience working with clients with a broad range of difficulties and offer a warm and compassionate space for you explore whatever is troubling you. I offer a low cost initial consultation.
