I work with clients who struggle with a range of issues from relationship challenges to historical sexual abuse. I work with you at your pace in a supportive, non-directive way. I won't ever tell you what to do as I trust that you can come to your own answers with the right support. You may be seeking clarity about a challenging decision to be made or you might want to explore what is blocking you from reaching your potential. It might be that you are lacking in confidence generally and you'd like to get to know who you are and start to believe in yourself. Perhaps you lost your way and you are experiencing an existential crisis.
Working at your pace, focusing on the present moment, exploring coping strategies as well as working through past traumas enables you to take charge of your own life and create sustainable and healthy changes. The person-centred approach forms the back bone of my trauma-informed work, focusing on process and working creatively to include somatic experience.
I am also a supervisor and I co-founded South Coast Wellbeing and Training with my husband Graham Molyneux. I love to teach counselling and to run wellbeing retreats. I also co-run a regular Personal Development group with Steve Eserin, a Gestalt therapist; see my website for further details. Art journaling, Pilates and dog walking help me stay anchored.

Groups
Personal Development Group

I co-run this quarterly group with Steven Eserin. This is a space where you can take time to really explore aspects of yourself at depth with the support of peers and two experienced facilitators. It is a place where you can be supported to challenge yourself to come into contact with others and yourself authentically. The groups are usually no more than 7 people. Visit suorosa.com for info and Eventbrite Personal Development Day link.
