I am an experienced and grounded psychoanalytic and forensic psychotherapist, group analyst and clinical supervisor with over 18 years experience. I work on zoom and face to face. Beginning psychotherapy is an important undertaking and during the initial consultation I can assist you in deciding if this is for you. In my work I recognise the strengths that have enabled people to reach a point in their lives where they can use psychotherapy indiviudally or in a group. Such strengths are identified during our work together aas a part of the psychotherapeutic process . I aim to respond promptly to new enquiries with 24 hours,
If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings, or have a personal relationship or family problems. My specialities include harmful sexual behaviour and offences, relationship difficulties, sexual dysfunction, alcohol and drug problems, eating problems addictions and the impact of racism and homophobia
I value the confidential space the psychotherapy can provide and appreciate the forming a trusting relaitonship is an essentail part of the process. I am setting up an online on zoom starting February/March. This group is open nationaly as it will remain on line on an ongoing basis so there wil be no need to travel to London. The group will be up to 8 people and currently has vacancies.
