I’m an integrative counsellor with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges. I can also work with issues around sex and pornography, alcohol, drugs, and other behaviours that can start to impact relationships and everyday life. Sometimes people come to counselling because of something happening right now — maybe relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed by emotions and behaviours that are hard to manage. Other times, it’s about difficult experiences from the past that still feel very present and hold you back.

Being integrative simply means I can draw from different therapeutic approaches and techniques so we can find what fits you best. My goal is to make the process feel supportive, comfortable, and paced in a way that feels right for you. I've experience working gently and sensitively with very personal topics, especially those related to sex and pornography.

I understand that opening up about feelings, relationships, or behaviors isn’t easy. But recognising that something’s not quite right — and finding support — is an important first step in getting better.
