Hi, my name is Stuart. Firstly, thank you for your time, it can be challenging to take that first step to seek counselling and another big step in choosing the right person for you! I believe everyone deserves a space to be heard, understood, and supported—especially during life’s toughest moments. My goal as a counsellor is to offer that safe, non-judgmental environment where you can pause, reflect, and begin to build the life you want.
For six years I’ve focused on working with people affected by mental health and the many issues that often accompany it—stress, trauma, stigma, relationship changes, and rebuilding a sense of purpose. However I also understand that people often cannot put there finger on who they are or why they act and behave the way they do but want to find out more.
