I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. I am supportive and attentive. I promote your agency and your capacity to think about what doesn't make sense, yet. I work with adults from 18 years of age, people in crisis, people with mental health problems, people facing a significant transition in their life. I bring a calm and patient presence when it counts.
Making initial contact can be daunting. Taking about difficult feelings isn't easy, but it can be transformative. It's always your decision to start and remain in therapy. My role is to support you, confidentially, with trust and integrity. By initiating an initial exploratory session, you can find out what you want to do.
