You may be distressed that mental health and drug services can’t support you adequately. I’ve practical experience with many mental health issues and experience and expertise with all aspects of Substance Misuse, and welcome clients who are in active addiction, as well as their families: I have experience of working with young people who are impacted by mental and substance misuse and offer a mentoring service as well as traditional counselling
My passion is to support people understand their addiction and mental health and learn how to cope effectively in todays society. To facilitate families understand each other without conflict and to help people with anger and destructive relationships. Watching young people make healthy decisions to feel more confident,enjoying high self esteem and worth.
My approach is supported by Gestalt therapy integrated with CBT and solution focus techniques.This approach is effective with all issues of mental health and substance misuse concerns.
