I work with adults and older teens affected by coercive, controlling, or abusive relationships, as well as anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt. You may be feeling confused, guilty, exhausted, or unsure how to trust yourself again. I offer a warm, non-judgemental online space where we can gently make sense of what you’ve been through, recognise patterns, and begin rebuilding confidence, boundaries, resilience, and self-trust.

My work is collaborative and tailored to you, drawing on person-centred, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. Together, we can make sense of patterns, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild confidence, self-trust, and emotional resilience.
