Hi I'm Julie and welcome to storeycounselling, my private practice set in the garden of my home, a warm safe, comfortable space, somewhere for you to share your story with me. The word ‘counselling’ may feel scary and fill you with lots of questions, these thoughts are quite normal and together we can search for the answers.
I have a passion for working with people and have spent most of my working life in HR providing advice & support with a large measure of empathy on the side. As an integrative counsellor I find it easy to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds, my natural sensitive curiosity helps me get to know you and aids the work we do together.
My one to one work with adults is designed to help you share your story, overcome personal challenges by exploring the journey. I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behaviour, and develop strategies for positive change
