Life can be difficult and we all need support at times. Are you feeling lost and unsure of where to turn for help? Perhaps you are experiencing issues such as low mood, anxiety or maybe you feel like you don't fit in anywhere.
I have experience in working with a wide range of issues, including depression, grief and burn out.
I will work with you, at your pace, to help navigate your way through whatever it is that is troubling you. I work in a calm, non judgemental way.
I offer both online and in person sessions. In person sessions take place in Acomb, York.
I specialise in working with autistic clients, clients with ADHD, and parent/carers to neurodivergent children. I work in a neuro affirming way.
I am AuDHD myself and am also a Mum to two neurodivergent adults. I draw upon this lived experience, whilst also recognising that each person has their own unique experiences.
As a result of my experiences, I have often felt unheard and that there was nobody there for support. I deeply value the power of being heard and pride myself on giving people a safe space to speak without judgement. Having space to talk freely in this way can help you to move towards a happier, more fulfilled life.
