I am a mental health nurse practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience. The world of mental health is a confusing one with many different services, professionals and treatments. It can be hard to know what is wrong and what can be done about it. Together I hope that we can find a path for you to better mental health. Our first session will be a chance to fully understand you and your mental health. From there we can work together to to find ways to improve your mental health by overcoming barriers.
I have worked in general mental health services, across a number of age groups from teenagers to older adults. I have worked with all common, severe and enduring mental health conditions, in addition to neurodivergent conditions. I have recently worked as the lead mental health practitioner for a group of GP practices.
