Hi, I'm Stevie.
I offer integrative, trauma-informed counselling that adapts to your individual needs. A lot of my work focuses on helping people heal from trauma, especially sexual abuse, and the many ways it can affect daily life, relationships, and self-worth by drawing from several approaches to create a safe, grounded space for reflection and growth.
Together, we explore your experiences, build emotional resilience, and find ways to move forward with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding.
My approach is collaborative and adaptable, creating a safe, inclusive space for reflection and growth. I utilise a mix of Compassion Focussed Therapy, CBT, Person-Centred, and Attachment Theory to create a unique combination to suit your needs; but please don't worry if you aren't familiar with these terms. We can explore this together.
Whether you’re healing from trauma or facing life’s many other challenges, I will do my best to offer a warm, supportive space where you can be heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and work towards goals that you may have, at a pace set entirely by you.
